I feel that I am somewhere between evolving and effective.  While I think I incorporated some personal experiences and evidence from reading - I didn't do a good job of creating discourse on the topic when I was responding to a peer.  I didn't ask any questions.  I should have had the rubric printed out so I could look at it while I was typing.
